Moving through these coaching phases will look different for each client, because coaching is a client-driven endeavor, and because each client brings to the coaching relationship their own unique gifts, beliefs, and purpose. We’ll use conversation, driven by the client, at our coaching sessions, as well as opportunities for reflection and learning between sessions.

You may have a partner, friends and family, colleagues, to walk with you on your journey. As your coach, I am here to accompany you, a companion for part of your journey, and to create space for you to explore those truths that reside within you. You carry your creative self every minute of every day, through each of the daily and extraordinary transitions, that unfold over your journey. I’m here to empower you to return to your creative self and to move forward with courage on your unique journey.
